In the first half of the twentieth century, Danish architects looked for ways to reduce glare from electric lighting. This design uses their layered, curved shade concept, bringing a soft, floral influence to modern interiors. The finely textured black exterior and metal-finished interior create a refined contrast, while pairs of opal-etched glass diffusers gently soften the light for a warm, comfortable glow.
